WE stay in touch, because obviously we are friends at this point, and I am here for 30 days in email support

Frequently Asked Questions
what do i need to get started?
To ensure that you have everything ready to go for either of the packages you go with, you’ll need to provide all your homework + uploads 1 week prior to your project beginning. There is an additional $250 fee when these assets are not provided by the due date, because this throws off the entire timeline and causes a need to reschedule. So be sure to give yourself enough time when picking a date to get started.

do you only work with showit?
At this time, I only work with the Showit platform. If you have never worked with Showit before, you can get 30 days free by using this LINK.

Does this include SEO or Copywriting?
Your website will have foundation SEO optimization + Google Analytics setup included in your package. The copywriting IS NOT included; however, you do get access to The Copy Studio. This is an extensive package that includes a fillable template & prompted guide to make the process easy & autnthicaly you. I will review the copy and add edits as necessary.

do you have payment plans?
Yes! There is a 3 payment plan option. Keep in mind paying in full does offer a discount. However, the payment plan is a deposit to book the date, a second payment the day before your scheduled start date, and the remaining upon completion of the project. The balance must be paid in full before the final designs are delivered.

Will I be able to update my website afterwards on my own?
Yes of course! Once we finish up, the site is all yours to update as often as you like. You will receive video tutorials that will cover any basic updates (text, images, etc) and Showit has an extensive collection of tutorials and helpful articles. Additionally, Showit has an amazing support team that can help with any issues. You also have 30 days of email support from me after our project is completed. Always here to help!

Do you offer branding?
At this time, I do not offer a branding package. You will need to have professional branding prior to booking a package with me. All you logos, illustrations, patterns, colors, and more will need to be uploaded to our shared folder prior to our project starting.
If you have seen my prior branding work and would like to discuss a custom branding package, please make a note in the inquiry form you fill out. I can't gaurantee I will have availablity, but we can talk about what you need.

What is the copy studio?
The Copy Studio is a copy framework included with Semi-Custom and Custom Web Design packages. It gets you clear on your messaging before your design project begins, so you arrive prepared and confident.
It includes The Nine Guide (strategic prompts to clarify your brand voice), The Copy Template PDF (a framework showing what copy goes where), and The Nine AI (a custom AI to help refine your copy).
I wanted to design this because I know how powerful your voice and your copy is, but I know how intimidating looking at a blank page can be. This tool was crafted with so much intention.
